Once again this year the Agbar Foundation collaborates with the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya’s scholarship programme for the most disadvantaged schools

Once again this year the Agbar Foundation has signed a collaboration agreement with the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC) scholarship programme, which will allow the most disadvantaged schools from Barcelona metropolitan region to participate in the museum’s educational activities free of charge.

The agreement, which was signed by the President of the Agbar Foundation, Angel Simón, and of the MNAC, Miquel Roca, will allow almost 250 schools and vocational training centres from disadvantaged neighbourhoods of Barcelona Metropolitan Area to be able to participate in the MNAC’s educational programmes planned for the academic year 2016-2017 completely free of charge, including transport, one of the main obstacles for centres with less resources, above all in the case of the centres from locations in Barcelona metropolitan region.

This action forms part of the Agbar Foundation’s commitment to improve the quality of life of children and to invest in their future.
